6.1) Refection on effectiveness of current method
The research method applied by me current investigation consists of positivism
philosophy along with deductive form of approach as they are the one which are effective in
leading better testing of set objectives. Further, implication of quantitative research method was
also made by me that consists use of questionnaire for data collection which ensures gathering of
significant information thus, it an effective way to meet objectives of current investigation. The
only drawback and pitfall faced by me during use of current research method is associated with
lack of theoretical and in-depth information.
6.2) Alternative research methodologies and lessons learnt
The alternative searches method that could be used by me consists of qualitative form of
research method along with inductive approach to ensures more in-depth and theoretical study
for an investigation. Furthers, implication and use of interview could also be made as alternative
research method. The lessons learnt by me from this investigation consists of enhanced

and mixed out of which use of quantitative is seemed mote valuable and appropriate for
current investigation on Caffè Nero as it ensures timely collection of data from larger
section of group in quantifiable and numeric terms that are easy to conclude and present.
