Aim
To provide recommendations to shareholders of the selected
case study organisation , Asda, as well as senior management
of a particular organization to create strategies to beat their
rivals

Objectives
• To identify the issues of employee’s job satisfaction on
organizational performance.
• To analyse the strategies that needs to be followed to solve
these issues.
• To determine the impacts of employee retention and
employee turnover

Interpretation
• From the statistics, it was evaluated that most of the
students were satisfied with their job.
• The highest income status was also of a part timer,
thus the person is satisfied with the job.

Conclusion
• The findings and results this particular research is based on the interviews
taken from students and employees.
• The findings of the research show that some of the employees of Asda are
not satisfied with their jobs.
• Asda needs to understand what motivates employees to reach their peak
performances since motivation influences productivity.

• Moreover, it is not an easy job to increase the motivation of
the workers because employees respond in various ways to
their organizational practices and jobs.
• According to the findings, all the sample respondents of Asda
have high work content. Besides that, it is found that pay
related benefits are not highly motivating the employees

Reccommendations
• Work satisfaction is essential to high motivation, low turnover
of employees and productivity.
• The supervisors go up against the challenges of finding ways
to deal with extend work satisfaction so their organizations
stay centered.
• Managers face the troubles of caring for productivity,
advantage and also keeping their workforce associated with
and satisfied with their businesses
