The experience throughout this study was great as I learn several methods that can be
used for performing study. In order to perform this study over role of line manager and leader
toward employee's development with effective implication of talent management, I make use of
several methods. This includes quantitative method of study collecting information as it help
gathering the quantified data which ensure accuracy of information. In addition to this I also used
deductive approach that help in analysing the quantified data. This method and approach
supported me in gathering as well as analysing the information in more efficient manner that
further help in meeting with objectives by gathering data from mangers of Hilton hotel in less
possible time period. For collecting information I make use of both primary and secondary
source of data collection where primary information was collected using questionnaire, while
secondary information was collected using online sources such as books, journals, articles etc.
By collecting secondary information I become able to develop a base over which my primary
investigation depends in the form of questionnaire that help in collecting more valuable
information.
