communication skill.However, this skill has been developed by me during this research that

of managing research activities this is being further done by me with the help of proper time
management. This research effectively enhanced my professional knowledge on this the concept
of talent management.It also allowed me to conduct future research in effective manner.The
positive and negative experience that has been gained by me during this research will allow me
to conduct future research in effective method.
Alternative research methodologies and lessons learnt
Present research has been conducted by me with the help of taking advantage of
questionnaire research methodology.This method is an effective way to acquire information and
data from respondents in a reliable manner.However, in order to conduct research alternative
research method which is interview can also undertake.The outcome from both the method will
be same.However, interview is cost and time taken method thus to conduct this report
questionnaire is being adopted.The lesson learnt from this research is to implement appropriate
and effective research methods and conduct literature review with the help of authenticated
sources in order to enhance research effectiveness.
