This research proposal aims to identify the effective strategies for talent management for improving business succession at a global level through a case study on Aston Martin. The research objectives include investigating the conceptual framework of talent management, exploring talent management strategies and their impact on organizational success, and identifying the challenges faced by Aston Martin in implementing talent management strategies. The research will use a mixed research approach with a focus on quantitative data collection through surveys and questionnaires. The findings of this research will contribute to the understanding of talent management strategies and their effectiveness in improving business succession.
