INTRODUCTION
Social psychology is the study of human behaviour which includes people's feelings,
behaviours and thoughts. In the present scenario of business environment, it is identified that
complexities of business organisation get rises due to continuous changes in human behaviour. It
is necessary for an organisation that they have to understand the human nature because they are
the person who have a great impact on organisation (Sheikhzadegan, 2020). Companies recruit
human resource so that they give their best in order to achieve organisation's objectives. So that's
why social psychology demands day to day rises in organisation. They have to identify the
factors which affects human nature and their behaviour in the organisation because of impacts on
their efficiency and productivity. This report is based on a case study in which a fictional film
shows that there are many generation that have different perceptions and thoughts. It shows the
generation gaps which should be understand by the companies because there are many
employees are working in the organisation that belongs to different groups and generations.

Social psychology in organisation is mainly concerned with identification of challenges
and important subject matter that affects organisational life (Zeier, Plimmer and Franken, 2018).
Every person has different nature and behaviour that affects organisation operations and
functions. It is necessary for organisations that they should understand behaviour of human
resource so that they can they analyse their effectiveness and productivity (Askeland, H., 2020).
For that purpose organisation need to use social psychology in the company so that they can
effectively understand the nature and behaviour of organisation. Social psychology is mainly
concerned with three main areas that are emotions, thoughts, and behaviour. There are number of
organisations that used social psychology in order to understand their culture, employees'
performance, leadership, examine communication, identify systemic problems, conflict, strategic
direction, etc. These all things are interrelated which depends on human nature and behaviour.
As per the case study it is clearly show that generation differences and due to this, it creates
