in UK that providing all kind of foods to customers to give proper satisfaction. POSH NOSH
already set the branded image in the market and also in the customers mind. This company wants
to start a new business in non UK country. This new business main objective is set a branded
image in the market and full fill the all customers needs and wants also wants to develop
business in the effective way(Allen and at el., 2007).

1.1 Discuss the range of decisions to be taken
Strategic Level Decisions are the decisions that are related the long term directions of the
organization that helps in growth and development of the organization in relation to the other
companies which have the same level of working but due to cost based limitation they cannot
operate in their own country and that's why have a joint venture with the other foreign companies
that can help them to perform better results and can prove to be cost effective.
Tactical Level Decisions are the decisions which are being implemented by top level managers at
hierarchical level and they can help the organization to grow and develop on the grounds of its
high operations(Anantatmula and Thomas2010).
Operational Level Decisions are the decisions that are to be provided by day to day operations
and performs the daily transactions that affect strategic planning in direct ways. These decisions
are the backbone of the organization that caters to the growth and development of the
organization.
So for Posh Nosh being a food outlet start up , the management, employees needs to cater all the
decisions that can be evaluated at all the levels so that the company can attain growth and
employees can be befitted by the development of the organization.

1.2 Examine the information and knowledge needed to ensure effective decision taking
Knowledge and information helps in ensuring effective decision making as Knowledge
plays an important part in ensuring the strategic plan of action required for organizational growth
and development. Along with the Knowledge information also plays an essential role in decision
making as when knowledge is merged with the information then organization grow and develops
and caters to the needs of employees in best possible source on which both can be utilised
effectively and efficiently so that all elements of the marketing mix when are connected to the
knowledge and information creates balance between organizational and employee development.
This is also the fact that when both knowledge and information are catered at the same time then
it can have the generation of best ideas that are enabled for successful implementation of product
placement and performance on the part of growth and development(Axelsen and et al., 2013).
POSH NOSH being the food retailer start up makes the knowledge and information to all the
consumers on the part of growth and development so as to bring its products in better usage and
direct services being provided to the new and existing consumers who want to utilise their
services at the best level.
1.3 Assess internal and external sources of information and understanding
Internal and external sources of information can be defined as the sources that caters to
micro and macro factors that help the business in developing growth and business opportunities
in the direct sense which is best suitable for all the customers of the company and outside the
company. The internal sources of information are:-
 Management plays an important part because being an internal source it keeps a direct
check on the performance of the employees as well as clears the problems of the
employees within the organization(Cahn and Abigail 2007). This will help them to cater
the policies, procedures, rules and regulations that can help them to provide strong
management system.
 Rivalry Firms being an external source plays an important role i9n development of
business organizations as when every company faces the competition it creates such an
environment of the consumers so that the company who wants to achieve new heights

have to foster their product and service in order to provide any product with reference to
some the additional features added to it.
 Buyers and suppliers also play a vital role as both can hamper the products and services
to foster growth and development as required by the organization at the level of attainable
situation. Posh Nosh being a food start up venture needs to analyse all the products,
features and competition prevailing in the environment so that they can have the best
utilisation of internal and external sources to analyse market for their growth and
development(Cornelissen 2014).

Various recommendations that can be provided to the new start up venture includes;-
 Product and service assortment means that all the products and services that must be
analysed by the company for its growth and development can foster their growth and
development at the best attainable level in the organization and through the assortment
they are evaluated on the part of product or service being implemented for their overall
growth and development.
 Quality control means that all the check should be made on the quality of products and
services so that any product or service with all the valuable ingredients acre provided to
the consumers at the level of proper quality assurance and through the quality control
check up they can analyse their standard product being different from other products and
services provided by the same type of companies at the differentiated levels.
 Personal Information means all the relevant information regarding products and services
must be provided truly to all the consumers who are utilising the products and services
with proper quality standards and have a trust on the brand name of product or service
being imparted to all the consumers of the usage(Decker and at el., 2007.).
Posh Nosh company a new start up venture needs to analyse the marketing strategies , financial
strategies, and all the relevant information which are of relevant nature for the consumers who
are trying to analyse the market for all the products and services and as well as they create a
cost effective environment method for the products and services that is being implemented.

Posh Nosh when being analysed by the consumers creates such an impression in the minds of
consumers because they have the variety of optimization and caters to all the needs of the
consumers.

To develop the business and full fill the customers needs and wants so have to build
effective relationship and working in coordination that help to establishment of new business in
the non UK country. To make the relationship with stakeholder of the company so have to
identify and determine properly these elements those are under the below:
 Identify the stakeholder: to make the effective relationship have to identify the
stakeholder of the company. When start the new business so its require to identify their
all stakeholder of the company its play an vital role to develop business and also identify
the much much influence on the business.
 Prioritize: prioritize refers to the set all stakeholder of the company according to the
prioritize. Prioritize through easy to clarify stakeholders importance for the business
development and goals achievement of the company(Lee, 2010.).

and analysis those needs that can help to take better decision to produce something
according to their needs and wants so company will give them proper satisfaction to
them.

customers satisfaction and develop business. To analysis the customers to use effective

relationship with them so they help to promote produces in the market.

 Encoding: In order to deliver the message to the receiver, first the sender encode the
message such as translocating the words into a meaningful symbols. Symbols are used to
encode the ideas or thoughts into an transferable message.
 Transmission: To transmit the message from sender to receiver, sender can use a
medium(Okoro 2012). Channels used to send the message can be oral or can be written.
 Feedback: When message is received by the receiver feedback is sent by the receiver to
the sender to know or understand whether the receiver understand the message or not.
In order to increasing the effectiveness of the communication process it is very necessary the
sender and receiver both should understand the purpose of communication and sender should
avoid using the words having double meaning otherwise it will create the confusion in the mind
of the receiver.

considered on the grounds of the effectiveness and efficiency they can create a proper way of

available so that they can create market for such products and services high and thus
organizational growth and development properly(Vidyarthi and at el., 2006).
