Based on the concept of system analysis and design, it can be said that the internal issues
of Swineburne Guru Consulting can be purposefully solved. The efficiency of both internal along
with the external stakeholders of this commercial establishment can be purposefully enhanced
after the conduction of the system analyses and designing. The system analysis and design can
also be very much beneficial for this commercial establishment to expand their business reach
and attract most of the potential clients of this business establishment (Wrigley and Straker
2017). The strengths and opportunities of Swineburne Guru Consulting can be capitalised in a
useful manner using the system analysis and design. Each component of this commercial
establishments can be improved using the system designing.
The notable determination of this work is to focus on the development of a consulting
management system for Swineburne Guru Consulting which is located in Hawthorn. Emily
Sodapop is the principal stakeholders of this commercial establishment. The main organizational
objectives of this commercial establishment is to provide coaching to individuals and
organizations. Leadership qualities of the customers, as well as the personal performance

social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn to attract potential clients if this
business. This business increased considerable within a few years, and the basic website of this
commercial establishment lacks all the qualities of a professional quality website. New issues
started cropping up as their business scale is enhanced.

The proposed system will be very much useful for this commercial establishment to
identify the ways to address the identified problems. The issue of the static financial structure of
this organisational has to be solved by matching the expectation of the consumers of this
establishment with the availability of the data, training and mentoring materials (Lessard, Recht
and Packard 2016). Each of the expectation of the consumers of this establishment must be
aligning with the availability of the resources (Kriz and Manahl 2016). The new system must be
matching with the availability of the staffs and subjects. The new system should be taking the
concept of optimal capital structure so that the existing financial structure of this establishment is
revised as it would help to address the issue of static financial structure. The incorporation of the
pecking order theory can be very much important to address this issue as well.
The expectations of the clients will be followed in the new system which can be very
much beneficial to address the service issue of this organization. Most of the urgent services of
