Soft skill’s defination
Character traits and interpersonal skills that characterize a person's relationships with others are known
as soft skills. Soft skills are seen as a complement to hard skills in the workplace, which refer to a person's
knowledge and occupational abilities. Soft skills, as opposed to intelligence quotient (IQ), are a term used
by sociologists to describe a person's emotional intelligence quotient (EQ) (IQ).
Soft skills have less to do with what people know and more to do with who they are. As a result, they
encompass the personality traits that determine how well one interacts with others and are typically a
distinct part of a person's personality. Employees who demonstrate a good combination of hard and soft
skills often see a higher demand for their services in a competitive labor market.
Soft skills are beneficial to businesses when they are practiced across the board. A collaborative spirit
among employees, for example, is critical. Team members who can collaborate effectively with people
from various generations and backgrounds are more productive and better able to focus on common
goals. When workers collaborate to complete tasks by sharing knowledge and tools, efficiency and output
improve. Learning new methods and technologies is also a desired soft skill for all employees.

Types of Team
The Banana Pinkish team is a cross-functional group because all of the members have different skills.
However, task division is simple because the entire team is working toward a single goal. When working
in a group with a lot of flexibility and people with different skill sets, the leader's job is to assist the team
members while the project is being implemented. Despite the fact that each person will have a specific
task, due to their versatility, members can substitute or support one another in the project.
Factors enable the team effective and ineffective
A cross-functional team requires more than strong relationships; it also requires a common goal. While
the Banana Pinkish team must have a common goal, the team leader must assign individual tasks and
responsibilities to each member and hold them accountable for the mission's completion. Despite the
fact that the Banana Pinkish members have a variety of skills, they can still complement and support one
another. Every member's activity is objectively monitored and evaluated. Members' responsibilities are
determined by a variety of factors that contribute to their effectiveness, such as their abilities, strengths,
situations, personalities, and desires. Members of a team are always interacting and communicating
effectively with one another, and they are responsible for completing their tasks. More importantly, the
leader will be able to deal with issues quickly and effectively, as well as assist team members in
developing relationships, because there is trust and understanding among team members. rigid.
Problems will be solved and work will be more flexible with the help of nature and a group structure like
Banana Pinkish.
