An additional benefit for companies is that aggressive CSRactivities helms them to gain FTSE4Good or Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes or other types ofindices. The present study is thus prepared to analyse the affects of CSR activities on marketingdepartment to promote profitability and financial sustainability for which John Lewis has beentaken into consideration.
