INTRODUCTION Leading change is the transformation in the strategies and operation of the organisation.This change in the organisation can be positive or negative for the organisation. This also canaffect the leadership, individuals and team behaviour of the organisation. This report of theunderstanding and leading change is based on the Mark&Spencer, Marks and Spencer is one thebiggest multinational retailer company. This company is producing different kinds of productssuch as- clothes, home products and luxurious food products. Company is expanding its businessacross the world. This report will include the comparison of different organisation how thechange in the organisation impact the organisation's strategies and operations.
