Costa Coffee and Starbucks having same business in coffee products. Both are one of the
leading retailer companies of UK. Costa Coffee is famous for its wide range of coffee drinks and
beverages that includes hot chocolate, iced coffee, tea and infusions etc. that gives high
competition to Starbucks. On other hand, Starbucks is also one of the best retailer company that
offers fresh-roasted coffee beans. To avail market changes, these companies are required to make
necessary alterations in their businesses because of following reasons:-

themselves strong enough so that they become more effective and efficient (Liu and et. al.,
