By evaluation the above report, it can be concluded that various talent management
strategies proves to be an important tool for completion of desired goals and objectives of the
concerned business firm, with maintaining effectiveness of operational firm. From the research
paper it can be analyzed that random candidates selected for investigation in chosen firm, were in
favor of adopting talent management techniques in respective organisation (Lee, Woo and Joshi,
2017). A questionnaire was being build in this report by selecting random employees of the
business firm and they were asked with various topic related questions in which most of them
achieved glory of result but some of them were left with providing better knowledge of
advantages of talent management. On the basis of the discussion, following are the
recommendation for the company.
 Company in order to retain best talented employee should focus more on talent
management principles in order to extract best of effectiveness out of it.
 Workforce should dedicate more efforts on establishing various training and
development programs, which will helps in improving productivity of the business firm
and also enhancing productivity of the firm by bringing in innovative operational plans
and strategies.
 Organisation by providing healthy and desired working environment to various
employees of the firm can, retain their talented employee. It would also contribute
towards increasing effectiveness of operations being produced in an organisation.

 Management department of the firm by establishing various educational programs
regarding talent management techniques can establish better coordination between its
departments and also brings in clear understandings of positive aspects for adopting
such strategies and plans.

In the presented report, I am glad to acknowledge that I have successfully completed by
assigned research project with completion of all the mentioned tasks. I am very graceful that, I
got this opportunity to do this project which gave me great knowledge in context with talent
management concepts. By researching no various related topics of research project I came across
with various informational topics which added to my knowledge bank and I have build enough
confidence to debate on this topic in future. For effective conduction of this research, I have used
quantitative as well as qualitative research methods. Which contributed in delivering good
quality of information to its readers and extracting up of various data and information from
respective relevant sites helped in leaving a good impression about relevancy of this report and
ensured providing trust-able information to various readers of the research paper. In the process
of conducting this research I came across various concepts of talent management techniques and
its impact on operational activities of the business firm. Lastly, I also came across various issues
such as fear of deadline for completion of project, but I somehow kept myself motivated by
setting small goals, which helped me in effective completion of this project within the time
framework and doesn't allow these issues to cause any loophole in completing this project. By
the time I developed various leadership and management skills, which will be helpful to me for
carrying respective projects in my personal life as well.
