competent skills and knowledge or a desired job role. It is process of ongoing cycle of

demand, employment requirements, technological changes, advanced skills and knowledge of
ascertaining for different job roles and other changing dynamic business environment, wherein

order to accomplish the professional identity. The chosen association in this report delivered is
Premier Inn, which is a multinational organisation delivering its services to different operating
countries. This association is British established organisation, headquartered in England, UK. It
was founded by Whitbread in the year 1987. This private business is in the sector of hospitality
sector. This report delivers the role of HUMAN RESOURCE manager in PREMIER INN,
Human resource manager has to take different steps and approaches in order to manage ad retain
the most talented working staffs in the organisation and shoulder different responsibilities in
order to manage the internal workforce of the organisation, where keeping human resource
manager as the key job role this report reflects the professional development benefits of the
stakeholders, professional employer expectation, evaluation of the abilities for the job role of the
