In this report healthcare institution like Wellington is able to attain itsobjectives in better and proficient way. This helps the organisation to maintain its efficiency in themanner which will provide clarity in queries made by the patients. Patients will become more loyal to itand hence, organisation can expand its business to more areas which are deprived of health and socialcare. It will enhance its goals and will aid in earning more revenue. This will make organisation morevibrant and effective in its approach and will gain more profits. This will result into larger customer baseand satisfaction will be more and it will able to attract more prospective customers in their healthcare.Respect:it is the right of the person to get the respect from all the other peoples in hissurrounging. I as an individual wish to be treated with fairness and courtesy. Respect is laurelsthe deserving and self-respect of all people. As working in Wellington hospital I personallydemonstrated courtesy, compassion and respect to others regardless of their diverse backgroundand life styles.Confidentiality:every person in the world have the right that their all secreats are keptprivate and is not disclosed without their approval.Wellington helps employees and clients inkeeping their information and personal details secured (Emanuel and et.al., 2016). I as anemployee kept all documents issued to me by the hospital confidential to enhance their security. 1

Independence:Right to speak and keep our views in public is something that everyone desiresfor. As per my experience Wellington appreciates every individual’s independence, views andsuggestions (Folland, Goodman and Stano, 2016). Safety:Safe and comfortable environment is every individual’s priority. Everybody wants to besafe when they are in crowd. Wellington as my personal experience has a comfortable and safeenvironment to work. Safety equipments are used with concern for employees and patients.Dignity:Human dignity is most important human right and an element of democratic society.Every individual’s dignity is attached to their morals and values. Wellington inspired me torespect every human being's dignity (Sallnow and et.al., 2016).1.2 Assessment of influence of my personal culture and experience to service users at Wellington.Personal values are the values which are identified with the respect to people and situations whichare dealt with or in the environment in which they are living in (Cordaro and et.al., 2017).Whereas occupational group values refer to the morals that they adhere to in regard of their actionand business dealings in any system or in any profession.Personal values that I incorporated in my life are honesty, openness and acceptance towards thingsand people, commitment, unbiased attitude and sense of responsibility. I believe that everyindividual is equal and should be treated the same (Smith and et.al., 2016). I as an employee of Wellington always did my best to treat every patient and my co-employeesequally with unbiased acceptance to everybody and fulfilled my responsibility towards work andpatients with all dedication. This value influenced my support to users.1.3 Impact of new developments and changes on work in Wellington. As the economy is growing day by day there are several new legislative laws that come up in theeconomy, priorities of people change and they have new targets to achieve and to match theirrequirements. People do new research to reach their targets (Cheung and Elliott, 2016).Every individual takes time to adjust to such tensions and conflicts of new changes. I personallytake such economic changes in a positive way and adhere to such situations as it is required to be. Someeconomic changes affected my values, principles and work at Wellington but I kept my commitment andsincerity to work and adjusted to such situation. Every individual should be adaptive to circumstances. Ialways follow principle of good practise (Bai and et.al., 2017).2
