Verbal communication: It is also known as oral communication and it refers to situation whencommunication will be happening orally among two peoples in order to transfer information ormessage. The main aim of this method is to guarantee that peoples are understanding what otherwant to convey. This type of communication is generally used for day to day activities within acompany. Such as transferring any information or message from one employees to another.Non-verbal communication: It is defining as a mode of communication by using body language,facial expression, gestures and so on. Through this a person able to understand other's feeling aswell as thought effectively. In respect of National Trust, nonverbal communication will beconsidering as the way which they adopt during welcoming their guest at their location.Such asMembership and visitor Welcome manger will smile for welcoming guest then it will attract themand make them happy. On the other hand, if respective manager will stand with blank face forwelcoming guest then it makes their guest unhappy. This method is generally use duringcommunicating or welcoming guest or employees. Identify effective time-management strategiesTime management refers to procedure of conducting planning and controlling in order toidentify time duration which will spend for conducting a particular work or task. An effective timemanagement define as accomplishment of more work in short period of time and it must be ineffective manner so that a parson able to attain their objective. In respect of National Trust, theyadopt time management strategies in order to conduct their work in effective as well as appropriatemanner, which are explain below: Priorities workload: In this employees as well as employer need to priorities their work so that theycan accomplish work in effective manner and in specific time duration. In respect of National trusttheir manager need to priorities whole work so that they work accordingly which leads to attainmentof goal in effective manner in proper time duration. Set work objective: For conducting an activity in appropriate way a firm need to set objective sothat they conduct accordingly which leads to attainment of their objective in effectively. In respectof respective company, they training and motivate their employees so that they always set properobjective for their work, which help them in accomplishing task in within time duration. Work steadily rather than erratically: It is essential for a company to conduct work on a regularbasis because through it they able to conduct it in an effective manner and in proper time duration.In respect of National Trust, they always develop plan and strategies for work in regular basis sothat they attain it one by one.Develop solutions to work-based problemsWork base problem refers to the issues which employees as well as employer face within aworkplace which will directly and indirectly impact on their productivity along with profitability.It can be of various type such as interpersonal conflict, gossip, bullying, harassment,communication problems, discrimination and so on. For example, National Trust is going throughwork based problem i.e. incapability problems because their employees some of the employees arenot able to conduct their work due to which it directly impacts on work of other employees. Due towhich other employees feeling pressure and burden of work that impact on their productivity. Soin order to resolve this problem respective company adopt problem solving strategies, which aregiven below: Problem analysis: At this stage an organization members or manager will conduct analysis andidentify the problems which they are currently facing. Such as in respect of National Trust they arefacing issues related to incapability problems of employees. Researching change at workplace: At this stage manager of respective company which evaluatethe changes which they are facing due to occurrence of incapability problems of some employee.Generating solution: At this stage manager at National Trust will develop solution of problemwhich they currently facing. Such as they generate several solutions such as they can providetraining to all employees so that they know how to conduct their work in effective manner andwithin a time duration. Selection of solution: It refers to stage at which National Trust will select appropriate solutionthrough which they can resolve issues of communication. So in respect case they decide to adoptmethod i.e. providing training as well as guidance to employees so that they conduct their workproperly and in provided time duration. By adopting this method Membership and visitor Welcome manager at National Trust able toresolve issues of inability of employees. Communicate in a variety of styles and appropriate manner at various levelsIn an organisation effective communication is necessary because through it employer andemployees as well as employees and employees interact with each other in effective manner whichleads to positive and appropriate working environment.
