INTRODUCTION
In order to deal with advance technology, there are different kinds of marketing
techniques implemented that create employment opportunity at workplace. There are different
kinds of people working together for development of the business (Luebkeman, 2015). In this
context, present report based on the United Parcel Service (UPS) which is one of the largest
parcel services in UK market. Currently they facing many issues such as leadership, management
and administrative issues. For gaining insight knowledge of the company, present report covers
impact of legal, regulatory and ethical considerations on the recruitment and selection
