INTRODUCTION A big organisation consists of various people who are working with high commitment for achievement of business' success in a better way. Therefore, to lead people in a positive way is really a complex task for management. This responsibility is generally taken by Human Resource Management (HRM) of a firm who takes various activities in increasing the productivity of workers(KUAR, 2015). HR managers used to determine abilities and weakness of employees on individual basis as well as provide training accordingly. In order to lead people at organisation, this report is revealing the role of HR in same process. For this entailment, United Parcel Service (UPS) is going to take in this assignment. It is a service provider company of UK. This report shows the importance and benefits of team work in a company for employees and employers.
