It is important to have a two way interaction, in order to understand the concern and problems that employees are facing in UPS. Effective team will be made when management and leader will listen about the concern of employees. Moreover, in order to build an effective team leader has to trust their employees, motivate them to improve their performance. Leader will hold all the responsibility and authority to make sure that their employees work as the per the rule and guidelines.
