INTRODUCTIONIt is very important for any organisation to analyse the business operations in order toattain the success and growth of organisation. It is very essential for having and develop theskills that will help in working and leading the people to work more efficiently. The present report is based on the United Parcel Services of UK.The company is facing various issues in operations. The report will discuss the importance ofrecruitment, selection and retention process of HR manager. The report will discuss aboutdifferent styles and effectiveness of leadership. The laws and regulations of recruiting sometimes impact the procedures andrecruiting of particular employees are as follows:Employment Equality act: as stated in this law UPS has to give the equal right to all thecandidates at the time of recruiting and selecting process (Madera, 2012). This law states toavoid any kind of discrimination on the ground of age, gender, religion during the recruitmentprocess. UPS has to be ensured that there should be no discrimination of the candidates, whichcan affect their requirement of the particular candidates. Employee protection act: this law includes all the measures which will help in theprotection of the employee. It sets a rule for the company in at the time of recruiting and firingthe employees from their jobs.
