services to their clients, almost 100 employees are work with them (Kumari and Malhotra ,
2013). HR manager have making proper plan for recruiting and selection of potential candidates
for their an organisation. They have preparing plan to making effective team leaders for this they
have set skills, leadership style, importance of leadership and team members.

In a company HR manager are required many types of documentation for recruiting and
selection people for firm. These provide overall description about role and responsibilities of the
new employees at work place. Some important documentation are as follows:
Approval of recruitment: HR manager want to approval form higher department for
recruiting new employees. These authority are described what kind of people or skill sets are
needs for appointing new employees. Employee’s skill, education qualification, experience etc.

Position description: This is also very important factor for HR manager to prepare
documentation. In this step all detail about role and responsibilities of new worker are mention

Advertisement: HR manager are advertise their employee’s requirements. Their are
several mode of advertisement for company like newspapers, job portal, website, employment
news, social media etc. Company has find out the most effective way of their job advertisement

for an organisation. Their are many role and regulation for selecting new people, HR manager
has face the problem related to hire new workers because of these rule and policies of the firms.
Its very important for HR manager to aware about company all policies that provide help in jib
position, minimise risk, preparing interview question and appraisal of job offers (Yang, Huang
and Wu, 2011). Organisation are conjugate with following rule and regulation:
 Race religion act. 1965, are provide safety form racial discrimination at an organisation.
Discrimination are done on the basis of ethnic, national origins, race, ground of colour
etc.
 Minimum wages at. 1948, in this act company have to pay a minimum salaries to their
employees at work place.
 Employee equality act. 2010, company have provide equal opportunity to their employee.

Many step are follow by HR manager for selecting new employees are as follows:
Selection panels: Company HR manager has make selection panel according to job
description. If employees are work in production department then one panel member are head of
the technical department are involve because that person better know the required skills
(Bearman and et. al., 2012). HR manager mostly use 3 person panel of selecting people. Rest of
2 panel members are senior HR manager and directors.
Short list by interview: After the applicants process are done HR manager have short
list some employees through interview process. This process are divide into three part on is
reasoning test second is IQ or MCQ test and last one is personal interview. In this process
selection panel are take interview all applicants are find out the best suitable applicants for their
company according to their need and wants and job description.
Appointment: After the interview process are done HR manager have provide job offer
that include job designation and salary package to selected candidate, and then prepare job
appointment letter that include job role and responsibilities. Appointment are affiliated to joining
job by the candidates (Endacott and et. al., 2015).

Evaluation of selection process are very important because that is provide information related to
efficiency of recruitment and selection process. For evaluation of selection process some
important step are as follows:
 In this report I have use job description for find out right applicants. Firstly I have know
the skills set and competencies of new employees after then accordingly I have publish
advertisement in various mode like newspapers, social media, job portal, internet etc.
 I have post job at different job portal to find out suitable applicants, so that candidate are
get relevant information about job and company profile. Through this I have receive lot
of application for job and I have easily find out the relevant and potential or suitable

call to shortlisted applicants for further interview process.
 I have ask some question to applicants on call that are why switch their current job, what
is their salary expectations, what is their future plan etc.

increasing leadership quality among their employees. For gaining professional and personal
growth employees are increase their leadership skills, that is encourager employee performance
to gain long term business objectives and goals (Acooper and et. al., 2011). That is provide help
to established effective working environment and making decision. Company have required
every types of leaders in their business for gain productivity and effectively. Leadership skills
are execute strategies management in an organisation for making strategies plan and policies.

the firm. He give responsibilities and work to employees with out refer them. The leaders have
full authorities for doing their work according to their way. They have responsibilities for
employees work so that they have power to punish employees when worker responsibilities are

Democratic or participate leadership: In this leadership style subordinates are provide
reference and participation in preparing strategic plan for an organisation. This type of leaders

responsibilities toward company. They can not provide any directions and institutions to
employee for gain firm goals and objectives.
Paternalism leadership: In this style leader are think that their responsibilities are paternal.
Paternalism mean “father know better then me”. They guides their subordinates as family
members.

The leadership are motivating their employees by using various method. In this method
they have analysis whole working environment for effectively implementation of process. Some
method are Maslows need hierarchy theory, X & Y theory and two factor theory are use by
