It is the third largest supermarket chain in Britain by its market shareafter Tesco and Sainsbury company and it even has the potential to grow its market share. Theydeal in many products such as grocery, general trade goods and financial services. Thecompany's slogan is “Save Money. Live Better”. The company's strategy is to segment the market according to the customers on the basisof age, income, demographics and locations. It focuses on those people who have low income.In this report, the discussion is about the ability to utilise recruitment, selection as well asretention process.
