Prepare documentation to selection and recruitment a new member of staffIn case of UPS Parcel Company, As a HR manager in the corporation, I need to preparean appropriate documentation at the workplace in order to conduct a proper recruitment processin the business which furnish me proper candidates to desired posts in the company efficiently(Wolf, 2010). The following documentation might be essential for recruiting new staff in UPS Corporation: These are following documentation muse be collected by the HRM department of thecompany in order to proper implementation of process while implementation of the process inthe business at effective rate. The HRM department must have owned the appropriate proved advertisement plan ofrecruitment and selection process. Proof of advertising and invoices of the organisationAd copies of job advertisement on various recruitment sites in their region. Ad copies of advertisement of their new recruitment and selection of new staff onnewspaper and some of other social media sites which could promote their advertisementeffectively.A proper documentation of interview schedule by which selected candidates will be ableto give interview in proper respective time period.
