A business should have a plan which provides it with a necessary direction in terms of
operating the company and informing the investors about the activities undertaken. Any
growth or success which is attached to the present idea should also be suggested in a
proper way. At present beverages are one of the best sources of refreshment for
people. The growth of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks has been growing
significantly over the past few years. According to the investors, beverage industry can
provide huge amount of returns but requires huge capital inflow.
The current plan has been designed for an Australian beverage company which serves
all kinds of drinks in the region. The trading and operating name of the company will be
Bizarre Beverages Pvt Ltd. To clearly understand the cost and risks contained in the
business, a forecast has been prepared for the financial and the capital required during
the trend period analysts.
1.2 Visual pitch
The various business products along with the services which the company will cater
during the trend period are analysed. The main products that the company serves are in
the form of carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks and juices.
1.3 Backer rewards
For any company, backers are essential as they provide the necessary capital
investment. A total of $1million of capital investment will be contributed by the equity
capital investors in return they will receive an annual payment as a percentage of the
company’s total returns. The initial rates of the company’s products are very low at $.50
for soft drinks, $1 for energy drinks and $0.75 for a tetra pack on a unit basis.
Operational expenditure for the company will be carefully managed to ensure that
sufficient returns are generated for the equity investors. Backers would be getting
profitability and the return that has been generated on the business, it has been well
estimated that the business would be generating a sound return on the equity
investment, which would be helping them get a sound benefit on the amount of wealth
invested.

It is extremely important for a business to recognise its set of target customers
who will be extremely useful in expanding the current market of the business and
ensure that it remains profitable. The chief advantage of identifying the target audience
for the beverage company is that it will help it in identifying the needs and necessities of
the consumers and help it in meeting them. Some of the important target markets and
the target customers for the beverage business will include Households, Corporate
offices, sports personal along with students of all ages. Another benefit of identifying the
target market is that it allows the business to determine the level of marketing and
promotions it needs to undertake to ensure that the product has sufficient brand
awareness and a solid customer base (Kim, Kim and Seo 2018).
2.2 Impact on Society
The primary benefit to the society that the product creates is the generation of
employment in Australia. There will be no discrimination in hiring people as people from
all kinds of backgrounds will be a part of the entity. The other benefit is that the
consumers will have access to a high quality product at an extremely low cost. The
people investing in the business will also benefit due to the growth in the operations and
the profitability of the business. It is expected that the business will earn sufficient
returns in the trend period for which analysis is being conducted.

The recent trends suggest that the businesses in beverages, especially in
carbonated drinks are suffering from the changes in the preferences of consumers.
They are gravitating more towards healthy drinks on a continuous basis. This
information was completely taking into consideration at the time of designing the plan
for setting up the start up. The analysis of the trends suggests that the annual revenue
generated by the Australian Beverage Industry is $4 billion within an annual growth of -
0.4%. However, as mentioned above, the demand for healthy beverages is causing a
diversification of the products sold by the companies (IBISWorld 2020). Hence, a
healthier estimate of 3% growth in the revenue has been kept for the purpose of the
start-up. At present, the total customer base of the industry is around 4.9 million people
and is expected to reach as high as 7.6 million by the end of 2023. The trends and
forecasts witnessed in case of a majority of the companies in the industry is extremely
helpful in designing the operational activities of Bizzare in the short and the long run
