Executive Summary
This current report highlights the workplace challenges and the best practices to overcome such
issues. It has been received that Century LTD has been facing issues due to high turnover and
poor management of the employees. On the other hand, Apparel Group and Max Fashion have
effective practices to improve the employee management process. It has been found that the HR
department has a great responsibility to protect the employee right in an organization. It has been
addressed that by using effective communication the HR managers are able to identify the
challenges of the employees. In order to enhance the staff performance and the remote working
combination of democratic and transformational leadership style will be effective.
