INTRODUCTIONPeople are the most crucial asset of any business and are required to be managed effectively.Employees are the backbone of an organisation that can either made or made it’s business value.The work performance possesses by them ensures success for the entity Thus, it is highlyrequired from the companies to manage people in the organisations in effective manner. Thepresent undertaking comprises two sections namely research and report. In the first part, aresearch has been done to analyse the existing practices of the organisation in context to thepeople working there. Whereas in second section, ‘Report’ various constituents that are requiredto manage employees of an entity will be discussed. This will cover the use of effectivecommunication methods and their significance. In addition to this, practices that should beadopted by the human resource management will also be examined. Besides this, appropriateleadership style will be selected. Furthermore, various ways in which tea can work effectivelywill be discussed in the present undertaken report.The present assignment is based on the people working in an entity Century Limited. Theselected firm belongs to shipment industry where all three types of roles are present, part-timeremote, field work and full-time remote. TASK 1: RESEARCHPeople in organisation are its’ most important and valuable components. They are thebackbone of the organisational functions. For analysing the significance of employees in anentity, Century Ltd. is selected. There are various factors that my create issues for the employees.In order to manage effectiveness in the functions, it is necessary o analyse those flaws andreplace the with the effective strategies. Further, to identify the working environment of theselected company, a questionnaire has been conducted. In this survey, sample sizes of 60employees who are working in the firm have participated. Further, it has been identifiedthat there are 14 employees who were satisfied with the level of interaction maintained inthe company. On the other hand it has been observed that there are 10 employees who arehighly dissatisfied with the communication between employees. Further, the data for theemployees keeping neutral and dissatisfied perceptions are 18 and 12 respectively. 3
