Executive Summary:
The main objective of this particular report is to analyse the business environment of the
Swinburne Guru Consulting (SGC) and then to identify the most recent problem in the business
process management. Furthermore, additional objective is to provide some recommendations
about improving the current process model such that the business operations can be more
efficient. Also, the main business requirements of the information system for its development
and predicted simulation of the improved model is shown in the later section of the report. The
current business process of the organization is thoroughly measured for identifying the critical
issues of the business and developed as described in the main section. Later, the process
description is described in details along with appropriate resource allocation and analysis of
performance of the current process is completed. By doing the performance analysis many things
such as critical challenges for the business operation is mostly resolved.
