The progress and activities taken by an individual throughout lifetime specially those
related to occupations of person. A career is frequently composed of the jobs held titles and
activity achieved over long time period instead of referring to one position which called as career
opportunities for an individual (Aoki and et.al., 2016). Career perspective concerns activity of
employment related experiences. This study is based on the HR industry as career opportunity.
The purpose of report is to identify the skills and knowledge for job opportunity in the industry.
Report will involve personal analysis, career action plan, CV and preparation LinkedIn profile. It
will explain the SWOT analysis in personal analysis and career action plan.

In the personal analysis, I need to evaluate my skills and knowledge for my
accomplishing my career opportunity. I develop my career in Human resource industry for
becoming Human resource manager (Westerman and et.al., 2015). Therefore, I must have
various skills, expertise and knowledge for my career opportunity. The experience which helps
me to feel more comfortable is regarding the accounting knowledge which is the basic factors to
grown in organisation for longer term. As every business needs the accountant to manage their
accounts in that case to have experience in the sectors of accounting is the major experience I
found in myself. Skills and knowledge are such as follows:
Time Management Skills:
I have required time management skills which is necessary to accomplish my career
opportunity within the HR industry. Through this skill, I manage my time and completing my
tasks during as per the deadline.
Strategic thinking and planning skills
I have required strategic thinking and planning skills which is necessary to accomplish
my career opportunity within the HR industry. The ability to thing strategically while people
skills are essential in human resource filed (Yinon and Orland-Barak, 2017). I also utilise that
strategic thinking to successfully shape and aid held the company. As human resource manager, I
must have keen understanding of ways of gaining sustainable and competitive edge through
investing people in the companies.

finding and making the best workplace possible, it is essential extremely which they discover
