INTRODUCTIONLeadership refer to the activities that are associated with influencing and encouragingpeople within the organisation in order to lead towards the success of the organisation. Itincludes all the actions related with the employee who will be motivated to perform theirwork with full potential. While on other side management relates with planning, organising,directing and controlling all the operations of the organisations. This is the responsibility of amanagement to accomplish the targets and goals by utilising available resources that arepresent in the organisation. The present assignment is based on Hazev, Haz and Tas thatoperates restaurants chain. In this report impact of digital technology on their managementand leadership style is considered. Along with these different classical management theoriesand structure that relates with service industry will be covered in these report.TASK 1P1 Classical management theories and its implement in service industryIt is essential for every organisation to execute the theories in their operations whichhelps them to improve management in their organisation. There are various classical theoriesthat are applied in Hazev, Haz and Tas are given below:Taylor’s Scientific management- FW Taylor developed theory of scientific principlethat is based on several principles. The major intention to develop this theory is to executedifferent scientific methods in the operations of an organisation which determines that anorganisation needs to relay on principles rather than on judgements. It helps the managers ofHavez, Haz and Tas to develop appropriate methods due to which each task related with bars,cafes and their restaurants is accomplished through effective approach (Bell and Martin,2012).Another aspect that was formulated by Taylor focused on specialisation andstandardisation due to which it is for management of Hazev, Haz and Tas to divide their taskinto sequential and systematic manner. This results that finance, marketing and otherdepartments of an organisation delegates their task effectively to each employee of theorganisation as per their roles and responsibilities (Classical management theory, 2015)

Henri Fayol’s management principle- Fayol discussed various principles in theorythat covers all aspect and factors of the industry due to which it is known as the modernmanagement technique. Acording to the Fayol principle of management it is necessary for each and everyorganisation to consider all the situations that are faced by manager in upcoming future. Thistheory is based on top-down approach which helps the management of Havez, Haz and Tas toenhance more competence in their management operations (Donate and de Pablo, 2015).This theory contains several principles that help an organisation to attain their goalswith more efficiency and effectiveness. Example- In service industry customers expectedquick delivery for their food so unity of command helps managers to lead their monitor allthe employees of organisation. It results that manager supervise and guide each employee toattain goals of an organisation within predetermine period (Importance leadership skill forworkplace success, 2018).With implement of this theory and its principles managers of Hazev, Haz and Tasformulate effective decision making process in order to attain their goals within specifiedperiod. For this they engage employees of organisation by developing sense of commitmentamong their employees. Thus classical management theories help organisations to ensuretheir goals that creates favourable results for them.P2 Role of leader and different leadership style in service industry contextService sector is consumer oriented industry which determines that each function ofan organisation required to be completed effectively. This results that organisation need todeliver their services as per needs of customers. Leaders are those individuals who are dominant in nature and are potential to leadgroup of people in order to attain the personal and professional goals of an organisation.Some roles of a leader are discussed below:Vision creation- Leaders are able to formulate long terms goals for an organisationwhich considers that sustain the organisation for a longer period in industry. Along with thesethe leaders influences working behaviour of each employee who work for organisation toahcieve organisational goals and objectives (Galpin and Lee Whittington, 2012).
