They established their headquarters inBenton Harbor, Michigan, US etc. This project discussed about the crisis of Whirlpool companyand also explain the role and responsibilities of Human resource professional in organisation. Itexplains the knowledge, skills, behaviour of this profession which helps in growth of business.Thus, this unit identify the impact of individual and organisational learning, developing andtraining.
