1.1 Milestones
The milestones defined for each of the phases of the project could be defined as:
1. M1: Requirement Complete, which is defined under the ‘Phase 1: Requirement
Gathering Phase’
2. M2: Planning Phase Complete, which is defined under the ‘Create Logic Design’
phase.
3. M3: Development Phase Complete, which is defined under the ‘Project
Implementation’ phase.
4. M4: Deploy Phase Complete, which is defined under the ‘Project Deployment’ phase.
5. Release Team, which is defined under the ‘Project Handover’ phase.

1.2 Activities or Tasks

The different phases or activities defined within the project are described as:
1. Phase 1: Requirement Gathering Phase – In this phase, each of the requirements
would be described for the project. During this phase, each of the requirements would be
collected from the external people and thus a proper form of analysis would be generated for the
development team to develop the application in a planned manner.
2. Planning and Designing – During the phase, a proper analysis would be generated
from the previous phases. This would help the development team to plan and design the aspects
for the MBFSA. During the phase, the design of the application would be done.
3. Phase 2: Development of MBFSA – During this phase, the software developers
would develop the application. The software developers would develop the application by
making use of the proper kind of resources. During the development of the application, the
software developers and other concerned member involved within the project would help in
developing the application. The requirement of the farmers should be taken into wide
consideration. This would also help the teams in bringing the best kind of application for the
farmers.
4. Project Deployment – After the application has been developed, the project would be
deployed for the use of the farmers. The application would be highly helpful for the farmers in
order to measure the different aspects.
5. Project Handover – After a proper kind of feedback from the deployment of the
application, the project would be made handover the entire group of farmers. The farmers would
be provided with reports based on using the application. This would highly help the farmers in
making use of the systems developed by Globex,
