Difference between Traditional & Digital Marketing Meaning: - Traditional marketing was done through print media , television, radio and etc while Digital marketing is done through Social media , email, mobile, google ads etc. Price:- Traditional marketing is costly as it is done through newspaper, radio etc. while Digital marketing cost is affordable as it done through website, social media etc. In traditional marketing they have to wait for result of business improvement for many weeks and months while digital marketing you do not need to wait for long.While in digital marketing the cost can be affordable like in promoting product on Facebook is free of cost. Product: - Traditional marketing is one-way communication while digital marketing is two-way communication. Product awareness takes time in traditional marketing. In traditional marketing company cannot get feedback in traditional marketing while you can get feedback in digital marketing.In Contrast digital marketing products are being promoted to huge number of consumers and also it is very easy to promote goods and services on social media channels They cannot identify customers’ needs and preferences in traditional marketing while in digital marketing you can identify customers’ needs and preferences (Stephen, 2016). Promotion: -All companies cannot afford traditional marketing as you know that it has high cost while all companies can afford digital marketing. Digital marketing is more advantageous than traditional marketing as you can target local audience as well as international audience. The audience can choose how they want to receive your content that is one person may like to watching you tube videos another person may like to read blog post. Traditional marketing do not give choice to audience.While in Digital marketing it is really easy to promote products, and that also at a lower cost.This method of promotion can also reduce operational cost of organization. (Kannan, 2017).

Engage the viewers:- only tell the viewers what they need and want to know. Add main components of products or services in ad. Have educational and engaging content :- articles and videos should not be only to sell product or services but should also include helpful content that fan can use. This include anything that your customer will find interesting in your industry. Monitor the Facebook page :- first you need to identify your objective of the page. Once you know what your objective is track the success of your posts to find out how much traffic is coming to your website. Twitter: -tweet information and content regularly :- the golden rule of internet is that the more regularly a website or page is updated. The more traffic will gravitate towards it.
