Workplace issues are mainly related to either health and safety related or to internal
conflict related. To ensure that the issues are properly looked into I need to follow the correct
process. Hence, the solution will depend on the situation as well as the rational interpretations
of influencing variables. Some of these techniques are providing supplementary training,
claiming adequate funding, implementing corrective action plan, counselling the workers and
implementing effective conflict resolution determination. Along with that the legal
framework should be also considered while establishing the prompt resolution such as
workplace health and safety, unfair dismissal and others.

In workplace environment the rapport defines the mutual links between two people,
where trough effective interpersonal communication the healthy relationship could be built
within employees as well as between employees and employers. Hence, some of the rapport
strategies are common. A major rapport building strategy could be showing empathy to the
employees while communicating about common interests, experiences, expectations and
situation. Listening about their perspective and interest with positive and assertive
communication language can demonstrate enough cultural competency as well as friendliness

newcomer is willingly establishing a initial relationship.

peoples. Stay in touch is another effective method where anyone need to maintain a

communication system. Offering help to other members of a relationship network strengthen
