INTRODUCTIONThe Employability skill is obsessed with conveyable skill and it is important for personalattributes. As this employee's skill are more valuable and essential for the company to perform aneffective decision at workplace. This type of behaviours which are necessary for performing ajob. The organisation chosen for this report is Travelodge which was founded in 1985 in UK anddeals in travel and tourism industry which serves accommodation or hotel facility to thecustomers (Asonitou, 2015). Under this report various types of roles and responsibilities arematch with performance objective. It will concentrate on interpersonal skills of the employees aswell as their transferable skill are also mentioned. This will further explain the dynamic style of ateam working that how behave with others. And subsequent part of the report will developvarious trouble resolution strategies for the company. TASK11.1In Travelodge, employees have different types of responsibilities and its objective. Theset of its own rules, policy and responsibilities that are concerned with assessment of the self.Being in the hotel industry,I will have to deal with ample number of responsibilities and they arediscussed below :Personal responsibility : These responsibilities are concerned with the set of ownresponsibilities. In this, being the employee of the Travelodge, I will be able to work inaccordance of attainment of business goals and objectives (Barker, 2014). They will beresponsible for satisfying customer needs and wants which is the primary purpose of theorganisation.Direct and indirect relationship : As an employer of Travelodge, I am responsible forestablishing relationship with the customers so that they will feel happy and willdefinitely return. This can be done by meeting their demands. For this, the organisationwill focus on enhancing various services and products and allowing customisation. Decision making process : Business environment is highly dynamic, so employer oremployee must have the necessary decision making skills which will help in growth andproductivity of the operations.

Employment legislations : As Travelodge is a hotel industry, it becomes very crucial tofollow employment legislations (Benson, Morgan and Filippaios, 2014). There areseveral legal laws and regulations which must be adopted by the company to protect therights and interest of the organisation. Employer will be responsible to adopt laws like,minimum wage act, equality act 2010, working hours act, etc.Ethics : It is the set of questions, discoveries and defending the values, purposes andprinciples. It is based on the well grounded regulations of fair and unfair where it appliesto any principles or moral values. Being in a hotel industry, Travelodge must followseveral ethical principles which will maintain harmony and proper direction in theorganisation.Apart from this, performance objectives are the targets, which is set by the individualsand are often carried out on the basis of SMART objectives. It tends to be the most difficultcriteria. For this, Travelodge will develop various strategies that will aim loyalty card memberswhich is accepted by stakeholders (Clokie and Fourie, 2016). They are the milestone on the pathto accomplish the company target and objectives. It enable the employee for development ofplan and organise the work in accordance with the accomplished results and outcomes. It willhelp in developing knowledge base and skills which will thrive in their work and alsocollaborates with their colleagues that have greater transparency and mutual understanding. 1.2 Individuals will measure their personal effectivity with the objectives which are allotted bythe Travelodge. For accomplish business objectives special kind of training will be consideredwhich will consider all the conception of different positions in an organisations. Therefore, thefollowing are the terms which will improve efficiency against defined objectives :Communication : A person has effective communication skills, which helps inividual incommunicating various policies and programs with various group or individual which areemployed in the organisation (Collet, Hine and Du Plessis, 2015). It helps in makingclearing the people about the vision and mission which is set by the organisation.Leadership skills : Leaders are the people who are responsible for influencing people towork towards the attainment of business objectives and goals. I sometimes lack in leadingpeople and this affects the final results and outcomes of the organisation.
