Theyprovide different kinds of products and services such as accommodation, food, etc.These activities help to attain the desired results to make innovative functions inbusiness. In order to gain insight information of the present report, it covers roles andpurpose of human resource management in the chosen business. Furthermore, it statedabout current state of employment relations in the hotel industry. Moreover, it analysesjob description and person specification in the selected industry. At last, it discussesabout training and development in which activities consider to make effective operationsin selected service industry.
