INTRODUCTIONHuman resource management is considered to be the broad concept in any sort of jobassociation as in charge of the fulfilment of the goals of the associations. The fundamentalconcept of the HRM is to manage the personnel or individual and the work culture of thebusiness. Other than this, in each and every association HR plays diversified forms of activitiessuch as recruitment, selection, training and development etc. In addition to this, Human resourcemanagement plays a vital role in holding relationship with the employee's and employer's. It isthe primary duty of the HR manager to hire the most skilled candidates so that the business canexecute their operation in the most significant and in the best possible manner. As per the brief inthis report, there are two associations will be taken which are "Chocolate Presence" and"Microsoft". So through this report, it will be comprehending that what is the reason andelements of HRM, quality and shortcoming of various ways to deal with recruitment andselection, advantages of various HRM rehearses and their viability on the association. Besides,how the worker’s relations and representatives legislation impact on the HRM .TASK 1Function and purpose of HRM that is related with planning and resourcing of anorganisation.Human resource management is the most effective utilisation of the human resource inthe organisation (Definition of Human Resource Management, 2019). It plays an essential role inthe organisation which assists employees to work towards the accomplishment of theorganisational goal within a given time frame. HR manager of the company is obligated for thehiring, selecting, recruiting, positioning and induction of the personnel in the businessassociation(Swarbrooke and Page, 2012).Every organisation is required to have defined roles andduties which all the individual of the association follows so that the goal of the organisation canbe attained. The manager of the business Chocolate presence have implemented variouspractices, quality work and has also established relationship with various functional departmentof the association so that the operative activities can be performed in the smooth manner.Different functions performed by the HR managers are :-

Functions of HRM Recruitment and selection- These function assists the organisation in hiring selectingthe most suitable candidate who are highly skilled and have the suitable amount of knowledge toperform the business operation. The manager of the Chocolate Presence must focus on hiring thepersonnel who have the best possible skills and knowledge to carry out the activities and hasbeen placed at the right place and on the right time so that the task can be carried out within ashort duration of time in the efficient manner (Head and Alford, 2015).Training and development – Every organisation is performing the activity of trainingand development to their staff so that the staff can be motivated to perform the job for whichthey have been hired. Arranging training and development programmes for the individual is veryimportant in order to increase their skills to perform the task(Crawford, 2014).The HR managerof the chocolate presence must ensure that they conduct timely training and developmentprogrammes for their employees so that the profitability and the performance level of thebusiness can be enhanced(Major functions of HRM, 2019).PURPOSE :Law compliance : Law compliance is the legal action in which the government passesthe rules and regulation which the organisation must consider in regard to avoid legalcompliance. The manager of the Chocolate presence must ensure that the employees workingwithin their associations are following all the legal legislation which have been enforced by thegovernment so that the company can avoid any misshapen and faults(Purposes of the HumanResources Department, 2019).Performance appraisal : Performance appraisal is done to evaluate the performance ofthe employees so that the gap between the actual and standard can be identified. This would alsohelp the business of Chocolate presence to overcome all the drawbacks and issues which can beidentified by the comparison between the actual and targeted standard level. And this would helpthem in correcting all those measure areas where the company is lacking(Flamholtz, 2012).Problems faced by the organisation and the role of HRM in resolving them Relations with employees : This is the major challenge that is faced in the organisation.This is due to the conflicts or the clashes in the thoughts of employees and employers. INTRODUCTION
Human resource management in every organisation is said to be one of the crucial component
where it will enhance the formulations of the organisation (Kianto and et.al, 2017). It is not until
when the management is properly oriented that it gets to incorporate all the policies that are
necessary to be inhibited. The entire report will discuss upon the Human Resource Management
and its prominence in an organisation.
LO1: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The role of human resource management is oriented with every formulation in the organisation.
The human resource management in every organisation is entitled to look after all the
circumstances that fall in regard to maintaining the finances as well as the employees in the right
manner. An overall formulation with the set of principles that will have to be inhibited in
employee is right from recruiting till the training process and also assigning them the right
amount of work every now and then are being tackled by human resource management. In other
words the human resource management in the organisation is also defined to be one of the
crucial component that will deal with the decision-making process. Initiation of every work is
carry forwarded in a better manner and that is how the organisation will work on a daily basis. It
is necessary to monitor employees at all levels of their work performance such that the growth
prospect of the organisation can be calculated (Saeed and et.al, 2019). In this regard the human
resource management is said to be one of the formulation that will monitor every employees
performance and also reward them at regular intervals of time. Motivation is also one of the
probable factor that will have to be carry forward but by the human resource management
because it is not until when the human resource management motivate the employees in the way
of the work then the organisation as well as the employees will get to identify the factors that
will have to be inherited by them. All these formulations are maintained by human resource
management with and is and therefore there is also a struggle that is oriented because every set
of data or work that is being taken by human resource management will have to be safeguarded
and the stress is said to be immense.
LO2: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
The role of human resources management in terms of bringing about the effectiveness of
recruitment is said to be immense. There are certain strategies that are incorporated by the
management in order to maintain the level of performance that is oriented with the recruitment
