With this regard, developing outcomes and skills assists to attain goals and objectives. In this
context, hospitality industry require training and program that create effective results at
workplace. This is because, at international market, customers services are very important
perspective which assists to make profitable outcomes at workplace. In this context, business
goals will be achieve in systematic manner. In this way, present study assists to examine impact
of the training program on the overall business performances.
1.2 Rationale
In order to accomplish goals and objectives research conducting for measure effectiveness
of the training and development program in all over the world. With this aspect, research
will be conducted that create several benefits for employees for increase their skills and
ability so that they can take part to accomplish goals and objectives. Beside this, it also
determines increasing of insight knowledge so that in hospitality industry proper growth
will be develop at workplace. In addition to this, in respect to gain more growth in the

As per the point of O'Leary, (2017), training and development program determines significant
role for ascertain effective results in the business. With this aspect, skills and knowledge of the
employees will be enhances that make creative functions and operations in all over the market.
In addition to this, in the modern era market develop to face challenges and increase worker
efficiency so that they can take part in accomplish goals and objectives. On the other hand, Lutz,
(2016) stated that training and development strategy determines effective concept and focus on
the appropriate knowledge that are needed to ascertain effective functions and operations. In the
business, development program ascertain to make sure that targets will be accomplish in
systematic way for understand the business with implementing different training activities.
Beside this McNiff, (2016) explores their view for different types of training method. In this
aspect, several training programs will be develop by Hilton hotel so that their objectives and
goals will be accomplish in systematic manner. In this context, there are two methods
implemented on the job and off the job. On the job training method there are large number of
candidates included that are taking part through coaching, mentoring and many other methods

Human resource is considered as one of effective resource without having this element
researcher cannot complete its project on time. It is the great tool that supports in gathering in
depth information about subject and developing understanding about the topic. In the current
research on impact of training on employees performance scholar is required to involve various
some respondents. So it aids in gathering realistic information about training and how it affects
performance of workers in the organization. Human resource is selected by the researcher as per
the necessity of the study. These people contribute well in accomplishing the investigation and
developing in-depth understanding about subject matter.

It is another type of resource which is required by Scholar for conducting study in
effective manner. For analyzing the data scholar will require technical equipments, software. In

then I may help in reaching to final results effectively. For gathering the information scholar has

person in reaching to final results effectively. For collecting and recording of data scholar has

managers of Hilton hotel. These managers have given realistic detail about the impact of training

3.1 Use of appropriate research evaluation techniques.
After conducting various analysis of research, it is essential to evaluate the outcomes
observed from these research tools (Kratochwill, , 2013). There are two tools that can be used for
the research evaluation, namely summative and formative assessment. Both these techniques of
examination highly differs from each other. On one hand, formative assessment covers a wide
range of formal and informal tests conducted to analyse the research effectiveness. This type of
examinations are conducted throughout the year. On the other hand, summative assessments are

conducted at the end of the program. In this investigation tool, only the outcomes of the program
are analysed (Best and Kahn, 2016).
For the present research on the the impact of training and development program on
employees, the evaluation technique that will be used is "summative assessment". This is due to
the fact that the outcomes will be analysed after achieving the results of the questionnaire that
has been conducted on the employees working in Hilton hotel.

joined the entity one year before.

For the selected organisation Hilton hotel, the impact of training and development
program on employee has been analysed. There exits some other areas which the entity should
research to attain organisational goals and objectives in context with the development of
employees. Some of them are as follows:
 It is recommended to research on the identification of the effective tools and techniques
that can be used by the Hilton hotel to train and develop employees. This research will
help in training and development of employees working in the firm by implementing
