INTRODUCTIONWith the help of organizational behaviour business enterprise can evaluate the positive aswell as negative behaviour of individual, teams and structure on work place. For getting highbusiness growth and success, it is highly important for managers to recognise the behaviour andattitude of employees (Creed, 2011). To provide a healthy working environment to workers, firstof all, mangers should make clear goals and then discuss them with their employees. They cantake the help of various concepts and philosophies of OB to create and maintain a positiveworking environment at workplace. It is the core responsibility of business managers to motivateand inspire their subordinates so that they will contribute their hard efforts in accomplishingorganizational goals and objectives. This project report discussed about British BroadcastingCorporation. In this study, it is evaluated that how organisational culture, power and politicshave impact on individual, group behaviour and performance (Del Mar Alonso-Almeida andRodríguez-Antón, 2011). Furthermore, some motivational theories have also been discussedwhich can help in motivating the workforce. Apart from this, different barriers have also beenevaluated which create various problems for BBC. TASK 1A). Handy Cultural typologyOrganisation culture plays important role in organizational growth and success. Byhaving positive working culture, company can survive in competitive market place for long timeperiod. With the help of Handy Culture Typology, BBC can understand that how itsorganisation culture influence impact on its values. There are four categories in whichorganisation culture can be divided which are power, person, roles and task. 1
