INTRODUCTIONLeadership is are important elements for every business as all employees had to workaccording to plans and policies which are designed by leaders. Every mangers at work place arehaving their own styles by which they lead a firm and plan strategies in order to achieve all theirbusiness goals and objectives. The methods used at work places by leaders are different otherorganisation as there is influence from other factors which are operating in environment.Leadership are unique for every business as employees are following plans in order to achievetheir targets (Kumari and Malhotra, 2013). The major responsibilities to recruit employees is ofHR mangers so they can select the best talent which are helpful for firms in order to achieve theirgoals and objectives. Purple Mail Company are running their business operations in deliverybusiness in UK. There were high losses faced by them in last year thus they were not able toachieve profitability as workers were lacking in doing timely delivery of products. This Thereport contains study about plans and policies which are linked with hiring and selection process,effects of leadership and advantages of working in teams.TASK 11.1 Documents for selection and hiring process for new staffPurple main company (PMC) should design effective plans and policies by which theycan select the best talent which are useful for them in order to achieve their targets by effectivedelivery of all parcels. The most effective way to achieve this is to track overall performances ofall employees about their daily routine working so strategies can be formulated accordingly andthere can be effective delivery of products (Kenny, 2011). This is useful for cited firms in orderto achieve growth and profitability in their overall business operations. The hiring process arelinked with selection of best talents so workers can delivery timely products and clear theavailable stock. The most suitable and effective ways to execute this process is linked withmaking effective job description plans which have been described below as:JOB DESCRIPTIONMany vacancies are available for different post at which individual can apply are describedbelow as:Departments: Station manager, filed executive, team leader, hub, front and back officeoperations, first and last mile delivery.1

Reports to: Human Resource many as they are organising recruiting and selection process.Pay Salary: It is different according to education level, talents and post of employees who willbe performing their operations in PMC.Main purpose of the job: To achieve all the targets which are set by firms, effective deliveryof all parcels to right customers and keeping records of monetary values which is received bydelivering parcels.Main duties and responsibilities:Employees should be punctual towards their work and focus on right and timely deliveryin order to satisfy employees.All employees should give their daily reports to assigned team leaders.They should make entry in the data sheet of all delivered parcels and amount of moneyreceived by them.PERSONAL DESCRIPTIONPersons who are applying for back office should have knowledge about different software onwhich working can be executed in order to maintain records. Field executive should focus onreaching on time at office and take the allotted parcels so they can be timely delivered tocustomers. The major main role of team leader is to lead all the workers who are under theirteam and providing them knowledge how to execute plan in order to get all their targetsachieved. For the post of station manager person should have experience in field and team postthen only person can be promoted at this level.Qualifications:Highest qualification demanded by firms is graduationBack office execute should have good knowledge about making proper balance sheetand auditing of products.Individuals should know how to work on different software's so they can easily keeprecord of all products which are available with them and they can be timely delivered tocustomers.Skills:They should effectively resolve all the queries of their customers and achieve satisfiedcustomers.2
