Introduction
Leaders and managers are known as the persons who contributes in
effective execution of business activities. With the help both of them,
business entities attain their long as well as short term business goals.
Organization which is selected for this presentation is Starbucks UK
which coffee company executing business all around the world. It
covers topics such as differentiation between role and characteristics
of leader and manager.

Leader and manager
Leader: The person who is mainly responsible to lead a group of
people is known as leader. Main responsibility of leaders in
Starbucks UK is to make sure that all the subordinates are
working effectively and according to their direction or not.
Manager: An individual who is liable to manage all the functions
of an organization is known as manager. In Starbucks managers
work to administer operational activities and analyze that all of
them gets executed appropriately.
