report. Marks & Spencer is a largest British multinational company ,which deals in high quality
home products, clothing and luxury food products (Accomazzi and et. al., 2012). The
headquarter of the company is in the city of Westminster in London. This report contains the
study about the different characteristics and roles of manager and leaders within the organisation.
Their Role in different situation, various theories and models along with their strength and
weakness will also be explained in the organisational context. Thus various key approaches of
operational management and different role of leader and managers in developing the operations
and efficiency will also be discussed in detailed manner.
