TASK 11.1 Documentation required for selection and recruitment processThere are various documentations which is required for the selection and the recruitment processsome of them are mentioned below.1.Resume – Resume is the first and the foremost document which is required for anyselection and recruitment process as a good resume is consists of the person skills, his aptexperiences, his achievements and also his level of education. The resume must beupdated from time to time so that the interviewer may know about your qualifications andcould judge on the same bases and knowledge. It becomes easy for the interviewer toknow where your interests lies and how much you are capable for the work they relooking forward for.2.Job description- The second important documentation which is required is the jobdescription might include the person may report to whom and what would be his salarystructure and they are usually narrative but some might comprises of the simple list ofcompetencies. It also describes about which tasks are very necessary to perform for beingon that position, what will be his working hours , what will be the criteria of performingthe job which has been assigned to him. It tells about every detail which is relevant to hisjob so that the person may be clear about his job and the position.3.Job specification - A job specifications describes about the knowledge, kills and abilitieswhich are required to perform the particular job. It explains about the past experience ofthe person, what managerial skills he or she pursues. It also includes about hisqualification, education. And accordingly on the same based he is judged for the job. Ishe capable of doing the particular job, his competencies and everything comes under thecategory of job specification.1.2 Legal, regulatory and ethical considerations on recruitment These are some of the basic requirements to not to go beyond the organisation’s ethics or letany such illegal practices may happen during or after the course of recruitment so to avoid4
