INTRODUCTIONHotel industry boosts the economic condition of countries to considerable level of whichhas taken the responsibility of social activity. This report is based on HILTON GROUP. Thecompany is basically located in the United Kingdom and provide different kind of services in thebrand portfolio of hotels (Schermerhorn, 2014). In additions, administration solutions is aprocess of crafting betterment in set of own acquisition to manage the operations and purpose ofstructure. Moreover, it will discuss about the leadership characteristic and communication toimprove internal working environment. At the end of report, managerial skills and review forfuture improvement on current execution. TASK 11.1 Management styleBusiness administration is management of the business. It is to be focus on all the aspectof internal as well as external working environment (Kerzner, 2017). This may be incudesmarketing, finance, human resources' management are all help to improve productivity and profitof organisation. In addition, leadership is one of the most important aspect to manage work orimprove internal employees' execution. Some different leadership style must be used are asfollows :- Autocratic leadership style :- In this leadership style is focus on performance by themanager at the top level in organisation. They do not bother to involve the other to take the newdecision in work place (Christopher, 2016). At the time of decision making is work place andoffer other to follow some rules and regulation must be changes in organisation. The deficiencyof the belongings factor is powerfully participating in this feature of internal organisation. Advantages :- It is help to provide the quick decision making to be provided insideorganisation. Leadership gives strong motivation to each employees inside organisation. Disadvantages :- The base difficulty with the autocratic style of leading is that low-levelare not abreast active why they are asked to do a special work (Laudon, 2015). Thesuccess of such kind of leadership style depend on leader. Democratic leadership style :- In democratic leadership style allow top management tofocus on democratic style use each and every team member at the time to take new decisionmaking in work place.
