The operations of Food and beverages services include various types of activities that
engage the personnels in several different actions such as buying raw material, making food and
beverages,maintaining the stock of material and services quality regularly, managing variety of
catering events and analysing all the activities of the business. present study is based on Hilton
hotel that is operating its business as a global brand and targeting the leisure travellers and
business by locating its hotel on major city location. study will explain the advantage and
