On the other hand, leadership is the term that is used forinfluencing, guiding, helping employees for achieving objectives of the company. Present studywill be based upon Clayton Crown hotel London. It is a brand of Dalata Hotel group. Report emphasized on comparison between different management styles and leadershipcharacteristics. It includes process of communication that will be used in the organization andpersonal SWOT analysis. Furthermore, it provide a better understanding of motivation that helpin achieving objectives or goals of the company and recommendations on improving managerialdecisions that help in supporting agreed goal of the future.
