INTRODUCTION Personal development is helpful in enhancing the knowledge of individuals so that they increase their living standards which helps them in achieving growth and development. These development activities are helpful in making a person more effectual in their work so that they can do their business operations in effective ways. Different tools and techniques are adopted so that they can motivate employees in order to increase there performance standards. This results in success and growth of firms. Self learning programmes can be increased by conducting different programmes like conferences and seminars. It opens door for various job opportunities by building talents and efficiency to do the work (Beach, 2012). Travelogue are operated by private companies and run their business in hospitality and hotel industry. They company main objective is to hire those persons who can effectively perform their work operations and can achieve the desired goals. This report contains study about self management learning can enhance life long development, responsibility for own personal and professional development, implementation of own development plans which are linked with personal development and establishing transferable and interpersonal skills. TASK 1 1.1 Evaluation of Self managed learning approaches Self managed learning programmes are important factors for individuals. This learning styles are tracked from different programmes which are designed for workshops and seminars. This is a vital task for individuals as it helps in enhancing their skills so that they can attain success in their ventures. IT is an important factor which should be considered by cited firms so that they can attain their long term goals and objectives. The workers and employers are considering this approach because it helps in development of firm so that they can achieve their objective in planned ways in order to achieve efficiency (Cleary, 2011). The different learning approaches are evaluated as: Internet:It is an vital aspect of different learning styles. This helps an individual to adopt different tools and techniques by which he can perform well. This helps in achieving high performances rates in order to achieve growth and success. There are various pictures, audio's and videos available on internet that assist people in adopting and learning different task which helps in gaining success at cited business place. Social Media: It an important source which helps in enhancing skills of individuals so that individuals can work effectively in order to achieve their assigned goals. Social media is the channel where large group of people can interact with each others and they can share their cultures. This creates a platform where people have interactions thus they can work more effectively (Cooke, 2012). Seminars:This the key feature of self learning styles by which individuals can increase there knowledgable to a greater extent. There are various workshops and seminars organised by the selected firms and the persons of social groups so that they can easily enhance there knowledge and people can pay attentions towards their occupation. These programmes are carried out by leaders and great personalities who are expert in this field andhavegreatknowledgeaboutselflearningprogrammes.Thereknowledgeare important for individuals as they can achieve growth and success in their work by focusing on those aspects. 1.2 Modes to enhance life long learning in personal development It is an vital function to achieve personal and professional growth and development.
