INTRODUCTION
Professional identify and practices are the one of self as perceived in the relation to the
professions and to one membership of it. It is created through one attitude, beliefs, motive and
experience through individual s which define themselves in the current professional life. It is
selecting the Roots Travel and Tour Company which provide the different services to their
consumers. It was founded by Matt Hayes in 2001, which provide the tourism, cultural
attractions. It operates guided tours from the Cambridge every weekend and traveler visit one of
the most beautiful cities. This report will discuss about the Ongoing professional development
benefits that applicable in the various stakeholder within the organization. It will investigate
about the employer expectation towards their employee regarding the competencies and skills for
business process. Furthermore, this report will discuss about the different learning theories and
applicable that can use in the development process and also construct the professional
development to enhance their skill and knowledge. At last, it will review about the strength and
weakness of job that applied for interview process.

are many skills and knowledge which an HR professional will require to have like
communication and presentation skills majorly needed.
Apart from the skills such as problem solving, internal personal and communication etc
are the most common skills needed for managers of different departments. These are the skill
where Roots travel has required for delivering the best services to their customer (Cyrino, 2018).
