involved in work, what was the result. I make a self skill audit table for this and analysed my skills. 2.Feelings: in this step, I analyse about my skills. For example, I feel that I have good communication skills which helps me to make customers happy and satisfied. I feel this after attending a presentation seminar and that time my colleagues appreciate me for having such good communication skills.(Tishby, 2018) 3.Evaluation: in this step, I evaluate my self in events. For example, at a time, I achieve the business objectives within scheduled time. In that event, I evaluate that my critical thinking skills are too good that I give innovative ideas for making the work process attractive. I also evaluate that at a time, I cannot solve conflicts between team members easily. 4.Analysis: In this step, I critically analysed my self in my skills and competencies. In an event, I analysed that I can plan strategies to make my organisation Hotel Hilton best (Carcello And et.al., 2018). To win competitive advantage against other brands, it needs planning and strategies and I am very happy to analyse that t am very efficient in it. 5.Conclusion :in this step, I finally made a conclusion about my skills that I manage time very efficiently but where I lack is in reaching office timely. I have good communication skills but where I lack is in attracting customers towards my offer. I have strong critical thinking power, but where I lack is in solving conflicts that being occurred during the work process. 6.Action plan: In this last step, its time to take actions against my weaknesses in skills. For this, I have developed my personal development plan for improving, my lacking skills (Rimmer, 2018). LO3 P5 personal development plan I made a personal development plan for improve my skills where I lack. This plan gives me a detailed analysis for making strategies for improvement in my work performance. It also frames a time target for achieving these skill objectives. LO4 P6 a job interview I applied on a job description of Hotel Hilton, where they have a requirement of relationship manger. I have gone through eligibility criteria first for checking that I am eligible or not. Then, I get to know that my qualification and experience details are matching eligibility criteria. Then, I have read roles and responsibilities of relationship manger in job specification where I get to know that I am efficient in those skills. So, I decide to go for a interview. T took a permission from HR manger of Hotel Hilton for interview and ask for venue and time. They give me a date of after two days. I prepared well for my interview and gone to Hotel Hilton. 7
First I wish HR manger then take a permission to seat. He asked me to introduce my self. I give attractive introduction. HR manager is happy to see my strong communication skills. He then asks about role of a relationship manager for achieving business objectives. I briefly explained each and every role to him. He asked me that before this place or organisation, I give an interview or not in another organisation. Then, I said no. then after he asked me a strategy for maintaining employee and customer relationship healthy. At that time I feel that HR manager is unsatisfied with my answer. Then at last, he wished me all the best. This is my overall experience of my job interview. P7 Strength and weakness During the interview, I feel that there are some stronger and weaker sections in my skills. Strengths: I have good communication skills. I manage time very flexibly for achieving business objectives. Like, I reach at job interview on time. I fulfil all eligibility criteria for being posted as relationship manager. My patience level is good means I have waited for too long during interview process. I am flexible to adopt changes and can be relocated anywhere. I have strong dedication level or concentration level for achieving business goals or can be say that focussed. Weaknesses: I cannot convince HR manger for a question about strategies means I am weak in solving problems. I do not have knowledge about the latest software or technologies that is being required for improvement in work performance. I attempt to please everyone rather than focussing on self. I think too much which consumes and waste time which results in delaying in achieving goals. 8
