involved in work, what was the result. I make a self skill audit table for this and analysed
my skills.
2. Feelings : in this step, I analyse about my skills. For example, I feel that I have good
communication skills which helps me to make customers happy and satisfied. I feel this
after attending a presentation seminar and that time my colleagues appreciate me for
having such good communication skills. (Tishby, 2018)
3. Evaluation : in this step, I evaluate my self in events. For example, at a time, I achieve
the business objectives within scheduled time. In that event, I evaluate that my critical
thinking skills are too good that I give innovative ideas for making the work process
attractive. I also evaluate that at a time, I cannot solve conflicts between team members
easily.
4. Analysis : In this step, I critically analysed my self in my skills and competencies. In an
event, I analysed that I can plan strategies to make my organisation Hotel Hilton best
(Carcello And et.al., 2018). To win competitive advantage against other brands, it needs
planning and strategies and I am very happy to analyse that t am very efficient in it.

very efficiently but where I lack is in reaching office timely. I have good communication
skills but where I lack is in attracting customers towards my offer. I have strong critical
thinking power, but where I lack is in solving conflicts that being occurred during the
work process.
6. Action plan : In this last step, its time to take actions against my weaknesses in skills.
For this, I have developed my personal development plan for improving, my lacking
skills (Rimmer, 2018).
