INTRODUCTION
In the organisation the communication, information and knowledge is very important.
The hole work get done in organisation be these things . So a manager have to manages these in
a effective manner so that they can get the effective results(Bamford, D., Htc Corporation, 2010).
Every organisation have to get successes in the market. Without having the good
communication, proper information and effective knowledge company can not get the successes
in market. But the Tesco is the big company in market. They have already have get the successes
in the market so they have to maintain that successes and they are making the higher goals that
have to be achieved. Tesco also needed the good communication, effective information and
effective knowledge. This report shows how Tesco manages the both three and how they use it
for the betterment of the organisations. These are the basic need of any company or using the
company work. These three help in all three levels of the organisation. It help in getting the
growth of the company in the market. These three are use for the internal environment and in
external environment. In this report the sources of these three well be shown (Scalisi, J.F. and et.
al., 2010). Basically in this report well show how it important and it helps in getting the Tesco
growth.

1.1 Range of decision to be taken
There are three level of management in the organisation. In every big organisation have
these three level of management then Tesco also having these three level of management. The
three levels are
 Top level management: these level of management having the the leadership qualities.
This level have to see the change in the work. And they have to see the effective coaching
so that they have to take effective decision for the organisation.
 Middle level management: the basic work of the middle management is to manages the
people of the organisation and they have to bee motivated through there work so that
organisation well get the effective performance. They have to manages the department
and the teams of the peoples (Beaven, D.F., Virtualagility, Inc., 2012). And after that they
have to manages the individual and team performance for the organisation.

 Lower level management: in this the manager have to see the lower levels of workers.
And manages and maintain them. The manager have to give the appropriate coaching .
Manager have to see the emotional works in the organisation. Manager have to see the
problems in the lower level and manages it.
In the organisation there are different different level of management so there work is also
different, it is shown as before(Cooren, F., Taylor, J.R. and Van Every, E.J., 2013). So the
decision work well be the different for them at the every level of management. There are there
types of decision that have to bee taken in the Tesco. The different decisions are
 Strategic decision: These are decision that have to bee taken by the leaders and leaders
are in the top level then top level management well take the decision. In this decision the
strategy have been deicide of the Tesco and the strategy have to be implemented in the
market.
 tactical decision:It acts as mediator of the strategic decision and operational decision. In
this decision have to be taken for the market(Cooren, F., Taylor, J.R. and Van Every,
E.J., 2013), financial and production work and making the pat clear and set there goals
for perform. It is done for the short time period.
 operational decision: the manger have to decision on the operation work and production
work of the organisation. This is the lower part but it is very important part of the
organisation for managing it the decision have to bee taken. Manager also have to see the
need of production work.
1.2 Identifying the information and knowledge which seaports the decisions.
Further we have discuss the levels of management and decisions which have to bee taken
in the Tesco. For making the decisions there are the basic need of decision that are information
and knowledge. The information give the results of the environment on behalf of that decision
have to be taken and knowledge is been needed for making the decision and farther strategies for
the organisation. There are different information needed for different decisions. The different
knowledge have been needed for the different decisions these are
 information and knowledge for strategic decision: In the organisation top level well take
these decision so that they need the highly innovative mind and they have to think about
the innovative idea(E.R. and Vladutescu, S., 2015.). The information of the internal

production performance, competitor analysis and customer need is needed for taking the
strategic decisions.
 information and knowledge for tactical decision: this decision have to be taken by the
meddle level management(Scalisi, J.F. and et. al., 2010). They take all the information
about the the department and team performance then the manager have to be the
knowledge of management through that they have to set the goal for the organisations.
This both well help in taking the decision of goal and mission in the organisation.

lower level management. There manager have to be know the information about the
production work and the information about workers and there need for performing there

There are two type of environment of the organisation. First is internal environment and
second is external environment(E.R. and Vladutescu, S., 2015.). The internal environment means
the thing which is in side the are of the organisation boundaries they affect the organisation. The
external environment means the environment that affect the organisation or company and they do
not come under the boundary of the organisation. The internal factors are workers, machine,
plant and employees, and the eternal factors are customer, competitor, government and
transportations. When the analysis of these have been don they they give some results that results
are known as the information on behalf of that decision have to bee taken by company. If the
information is not there they how we can make the decisions. So information is very much

important. Information helps in getting the strength and weakness. It help in seating the
organisational, departmental and team goals. These information help in identifying the customers
need in the market. It helps getting the analyses of our competitors (Ferencová, M., 2012). The
information have been taken from the external and internal environment. The bot environment
information have to bee provided because if we don have external information then from we ell
make the strategy and if we don not have the external internal environment information then how
well make the the goal for the organisation. The information have to be calculated . These
information calculating sources are as follows:
 Financial statement: This is the report that make the full informations abut the
transactions of the company. The financial report of the year have to be makes for the all
the financial transaction of company in a year. That report well show the current stage of
the company. This report shows the losses or the profit that have come from the year.
This well help in getting the idea abut the work or the performance of the year. This
information well hell in making the decision for the organisational work.

giving the information to the organisation about the product. If there is some problem in getting
the good review. This review will help in gating the product information through that we well be

the company have to manage there stakeholders and they have bring some new stakeholder for
the company. These stakeholder can be any one. They can be the employee of Tesco,
government, creditor, debtor and the customer also. Any business man can be invest in Tesco so

relationship between them and stakeholders. They have to be in touch with stakeholder. The

communication manager in organisation that means I have better communication strength, better
communication skills. It is my strength that I am good in communication.
Weakness:- Weakness show the inability to do something. It show the negativity about
employee or organisation. As I am a communication manager but I m unable to make understand
any message so it show my weakness.
Opportunity:- Opportunity refers remove the weakness form organisation or individual
person and achieve the opportunity which is get form somewhere. It is necessary to improve own
self. As I am a communication manager so I will get all the opportunity related to
communication sector. I will improve more and more skills and achieve a higher growth in
communication field.
Threat:- Threat is the miscommunication and, wrong guidance to other and own self
also. As a communication manager I have proper skills but somewhere I m unable to make
understand any message to their employee and their superiors. Language barrier also a threat to
communication manager.

Data collection is a important part of organisation. Company use many methods to collect
information, information storage, sharing of information. Collection of data is necessary to make
reports, make strategy or business. Find out about their, competitors. Company follow a
procedure to collect information and the storage of data(Choi, S.Y., Lee, H. and Yoo, Y., 2010).
Company collect the important data and divide that data according to organisation and according
to information. Company collect data for the any purpose related to organisation. Storage of data
show the place where a company store its useful data and manipulate data according to their
uses.

 Make a team for data collection:- Company can make a team to collect information.
Market is a very big area so company can make a team and provide work to that team in

different company store to collect information, customer reviews, customer point of view,
And what they think about retailer store.
 Training to data collection employee:- Company can provide training to their data
collection employee. It is very useful to organisation (Yates, D. and Paquette, S., 2011).
Training program help to make understand about work and employee can understand that
what kind of information is required for data collection.
 Better Server cloud software:- Company can make new programs and software to
collect the information and store the information on cloud server. Company upload all the
information and data on server cloud. Company have to make server storage cloud in
complex mode so no one can hack the company information. Company can use antivirus

 LAN system:- Company use LAN system to share data with in organisation. It is useful
to circulate information from one computer to another computer. Company make it also
complex mode so none can harm the company data and information.
4.3 Steps to improve stake holder
A person, group of company who have interest in company . Stake holder affect by the
company terms and policies. Stake holder also affected by the government terms rules and
regulation and government different kind of policies who have direct impact ion organisation

 Risk management:- Company care about the risk management and help to stake holder
to manage the risk. Investment is the form of risk. Company earn profit due to risk
factor. If the company does not bear any risk so it will not beneficial for the company.
Risk factor increase the profit ration in company. A person can earn more and more profit
after the manage the risk. Risk management is very necessary to get more and more profit
in organisation.
 Market development:- Market development inspire stake holder for the investment.
Market condition and new products, and new technology always inspire people to do
investment and earn profi(Majchrzak, A. and et. al., 2014)t. Stake holder follow the new
product and invest also in new product. Company make many new program to save the
risk of customer and motivate them to do investment on the trust of company goodwill.
 Innovation:- Company have to innovate new product to make investment better and
improve company position better. Company stake holder always want new product of
company because it make investment better and help to make trust on company goodwill.
Company goodwill make trust on stake holder and make beneficial to new stake holder.
 Strategy:- Company have to make effective strategy to improve stake holder investment
and improve the condition of stake holder. Company have to do market analysis and
create a report on market and after that according to market position company have to
create strategy and follow that strategy(Williams, E., 2011.). Company always care about
the market strategy, stake holder improvement strategy and other strategy which is
helpful to take any decisions.

circumstances in market. Company have to follow many procedure to do something. Company
establish a team also to collect information and make effect able to that information. Company
server and company network work as data collector, data sharing system and data storage system
in organisation. Communication is required to communicate any message. Data requirement also
necessary to organisation. It is clear that All the things are very important in market sector. A
company can not survive in market if they are not using communication method and any data
information collection method. At present company have to understand the requirement of
customer and how to full fill that requirement. It is necessary in competitive market.
