INTRODUCTIONIn the organisation the communication, information and knowledge is very important.The hole work get done in organisation be these things . So a manager have to manages these ina effective manner so that they can get the effective results(Bamford, D., Htc Corporation, 2010).Every organisation have to get successes in the market. Without having the goodcommunication, proper information and effective knowledge company can not get the successesin market. But the Tesco is the big company in market. They have already have get the successesin the market so they have to maintain that successes and they are making the higher goals thathave to be achieved. Tesco also needed the good communication, effective information andeffective knowledge. This report shows how Tesco manages the both three and how they use itfor the betterment of the organisations. These are the basic need of any company or using thecompany work. These three help in all three levels of the organisation. It help in getting thegrowth of the company in the market. These three are use for the internal environment and inexternal environment. In this report the sources of these three well be shown (Scalisi, J.F. and et.al., 2010). Basically in this report well show how it important and it helps in getting the Tescogrowth. TASK 11.1 Range of decision to be takenThere are three level of management in the organisation. In every big organisation havethese three level of management then Tesco also having these three level of management. Thethree levels are Top level management: these level of management having the the leadership qualities.This level have to see the change in the work. And they have to see the effective coachingso that they have to take effective decision for the organisation. Middle level management: the basic work of the middle management is to manages thepeople of the organisation and they have to bee motivated through there work so thatorganisation well get the effective performance. They have to manages the departmentand the teams of the peoples (Beaven, D.F., Virtualagility, Inc., 2012). And after that theyhave to manages the individual and team performance for the organisation.

Lower level management: in this the manager have to see the lower levels of workers.And manages and maintain them. The manager have to give the appropriate coaching .Manager have to see the emotional works in the organisation. Manager have to see theproblems in the lower level and manages it.In the organisation there are different different level of management so there work is alsodifferent, it is shown as before(Cooren, F., Taylor, J.R. and Van Every, E.J., 2013). So thedecision work well be the different for them at the every level of management. There are theretypes of decision that have to bee taken in the Tesco. The different decisions are Strategic decision: These are decision that have to bee taken by the leaders and leadersare in the top level then top level management well take the decision. In this decision thestrategy have been deicide of the Tesco and the strategy have to be implemented in themarket. tactical decision:It acts as mediator of the strategic decision and operational decision. Inthis decision have to be taken for the market(Cooren, F., Taylor, J.R. and Van Every,E.J., 2013), financial and production work and making the pat clear and set there goalsfor perform. It is done for the short time period.operational decision: the manger have to decision on the operation work and productionwork of the organisation. This is the lower part but it is very important part of theorganisation for managing it the decision have to bee taken. Manager also have to see theneed of production work.1.2 Identifying the information and knowledge which seaports the decisions.Further we have discuss the levels of management and decisions which have to bee takenin the Tesco. For making the decisions there are the basic need of decision that are informationand knowledge. The information give the results of the environment on behalf of that decisionhave to be taken and knowledge is been needed for making the decision and farther strategies forthe organisation. There are different information needed for different decisions. The differentknowledge have been needed for the different decisions these areinformation and knowledge for strategic decision: In the organisation top level well takethese decision so that they need the highly innovative mind and they have to think aboutthe innovative idea(E.R. and Vladutescu, S., 2015.). The information of the internal

production performance, competitor analysis and customer need is needed for taking thestrategic decisions. information and knowledge for tactical decision: this decision have to be taken by themeddle level management(Scalisi, J.F. and et. al., 2010). They take all the informationabout the the department and team performance then the manager have to be theknowledge of management through that they have to set the goal for the organisations.This both well help in taking the decision of goal and mission in the organisation.information and knowledge for operational decision: this decision have to be taken by thelower level management. There manager have to be know the information about theproduction work and the information about workers and there need for performing thereeffective. Knowledge should bee needed of the production and operations work.These information give the give the analysis of the situation of the organisation and itwell help in gating the strength and weaknesses of the organisation. When Tesco know therestrength and weakness then there well be easer to make the effective decision for theorganisation. But the information is not only needed. The knowledge should be there of makingthe effective decision for the organisation growth. These are man thins which help in making theorganisation survive in the market because if the organisation well have appropriate informationand knowledge then they well make a batter decisions.The information come from doing the research and search in external and internalenvironment. Knowledge come by the humans mind and it comes by doing the study about themanagement and leadership.1.3 Different sources and uses of internal and external information for Tesco.There are two type of environment of the organisation. First is internal environment andsecond is external environment(E.R. and Vladutescu, S., 2015.). The internal environment meansthe thing which is in side the are of the organisation boundaries they affect the organisation. Theexternal environment means the environment that affect the organisation or company and they donot come under the boundary of the organisation. The internal factors are workers, machine,plant and employees, and the eternal factors are customer, competitor, government andtransportations. When the analysis of these have been don they they give some results that resultsare known as the information on behalf of that decision have to bee taken by company. If theinformation is not there they how we can make the decisions. So information is very much

important. Information helps in getting the strength and weakness. It help in seating theorganisational, departmental and team goals. These information help in identifying the customersneed in the market. It helps getting the analyses of our competitors (Ferencová, M., 2012). Theinformation have been taken from the external and internal environment. The bot environmentinformation have to bee provided because if we don have external information then from we ellmake the strategy and if we don not have the external internal environment information then howwell make the the goal for the organisation. The information have to be calculated . Theseinformation calculating sources are as follows:Financial statement: This is the report that make the full informations abut thetransactions of the company. The financial report of the year have to be makes for the allthe financial transaction of company in a year. That report well show the current stage ofthe company. This report shows the losses or the profit that have come from the year.This well help in getting the idea abut the work or the performance of the year. Thisinformation well hell in making the decision for the organisational work. Census report: In the organisation there are so many sub branches it can be in country orout side the country(Bamford, D., Htc Corporation, 2010). So manager have to takeinformation abut every branches in the organisation. This population have beencalculated. The information of population well help in making decision.Questionnaires: The company make the forms that have to bee fell from the humanbeing. That human beings are can be customer or employees, worker. In this form thequestion have been written as per the situations. if they get filed then they well get theshow some result as per so many result thinking the average of that results. Theorganisation well get the informations it well help in making the decision. sales coll report: the analysis of the sales of the product and serves have to be recordedthis well also become the the information to make the decisions.1.4 Recommendation for improving the information The data have to be collected that data manage in such a way that any body can read andanalysis that then data well become the information.
